It has been a wonderful ride these past 50 years. There is little I would change. It saddens me though to note those who are no longer with us. As a tribute, I have recently assembled a small pile of granite rocks at the side of one of my favorite trails in the High Sierra near Mammoth Lakes.
My career has been in biotechnology, retiring as a vice president of a company actively involved in cancer research. My work has taken me all over the world. Prior to working, I gaduated from UC Berkeley and joined the Peace Corps. I was a physics teacher in Malaysia. I am now married to Patricia (my U.K. gal of 34 years), and we have 4 grandchildren 3 to 24!!. I enjoy sailplanes as well as sailing boats.
